Position Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement;
  • Maintaining territory as per given markets;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies by creating and implementing sales plan to increase revenue and market share for the hotel;
  • Monitor own account production monthly with comparison to previous year, targets and market share percentages;
  • Implement agreed rate structure and strategy for managed accounts;
  • Develop and maintain market awareness to predict revenue opportunities, proactive strategies and develop new business within the assigned market including target on prospecting calls and appointments;
  • Ensure effective relationship management of key customers, industry partners and proactively build up new relationships;
  • Representing the hotel at industry event, roadshow, sales trips, sales calls and organizing/accompanying familiarization trips and Hotel site inspection;
  • Entertain executives, secretaries and hotel bookers at existing and future potential companies to secure future revenue for the hotel;
  • Handles follow up of quotations and actively engage with clients to maximize conversion of business;
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to secure qualified top customers and groups, leisure groups and corporate leads;
  • To work closely with the hotel's sales team, according to Director of Sales, in maximizing sales activities to achieve business objectives;
  • Ensure a "sales" approach in every lead, customizing offers and ensuring that a luxury and positive attitude is always maintained;
  • Supports sales team in prospecting activities to bring back old clients and acquire new ones;
  • Compiles all internal DB and Delphi, ensuring time efficiency and data accuracy as per MO policies;
  • Check Delphi Daily and ensure Weekly reports;
  • Remains available to hotel colleagues via mobile phone while on property and via hotel;
  • Meet the objectives as set forth by the Director of Sales;

Specific Requirements:


  • Fluent in English, French and Italian languages;
  • Think outside the box in creating a bespoke approach to clients' requests and needs;
  • Strong time management skills, supporting Teamwork with positive behavior;
  • Technically skilled with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
  • Charming and dynamic gentle approach to top clients and Company Representatives;
  • Problem solving attitude, eager to represent MOGH Brand image;
  • Strong teamwork skills and also a strong individual sales ambassador approach as well;
  • Availability to frequently travel around Italy and abroad.
