    Stiamo cercando un/una HR Intern da inserire nel nostro team. In questo ruolo supporterai le attività di gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei dipendenti in un ambiente dinamico, multiculturale e internazionale, contribuendo a garantire la conformità alle normative del lavoro locali e collaborando con dipendenti, manager e partner esterni.

    Responsabilità principali

    • Supportare la gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei dipendenti, inclusi recruiting, assunzioni, contratti, onboarding, cambi di ruolo e cessazioni;
    • Supportare la preparazione e gestione dei contratti di lavoro e della documentazione HR;
    • Collaborare con consulenti del lavoro, consulenti legali e team Finance;
    • Monitorare scadenze importanti, inclusi periodi di prova, scadenze contrattuali e periodi di preavviso;
    • Supportare i processi relativi a payroll, buoni pasto, bonus, TFR, fondi pensione, presenze e rimborsi;
    • Supportare la gestione delle relazioni con i dipendenti;
    • Supportare la gestione degli stage e le relazioni con le agenzie per il lavoro;
    • Supportare il processo di recruiting, inclusa pubblicazione annunci, screening CV e coordinamento colloqui;
    • Supportare le attività di compliance (incluse quelle relative alla Legge 68⁄99);
    • Organizzare visite mediche e corsi di sicurezza;
    • Supportare l'analisi dei costi del lavoro e degli indicatori HR;
    • Contribuire all'ottimizzazione dei processi HR;
    • Supportare eventi aziendali e progetti HR per promuovere un ambiente di lavoro positivo. xkiyazw

    Profilo ricercato

    • Laurea triennale o magistrale;
    • Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito HR costituirà un plus;
    • Spirito di squadra, atteggiamento proattivo e dinamico;
    • Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e forte senso di riservatezza;
    • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e internazionale;
    • Familiarità con sistemi HR costituirà un plus;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e cinese, inglese considerato un plus.
