Belmond is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager for season 2023:

Main Duties:

Assisting the Bar Manager in select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees working at the bars to ensure that established service standards are met
Following daily activities and planning for outlet operation
Maintaining the appropriate levels of beverage and equipment stocks by monitoring purchases and sales
Ensuring professional, efficient and accurate service of all types of beverages following the recipes in standards, in order to completely satisfy our guests during their experience.

Requirements:

Maintains strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests
To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve the personal performance
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel
At least 1 year experience at same level
Fluent English and additional languages desirable
Membership of Italian Bartender Association would be an advantage
