Job summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support to the organization and management in achieving business goals,implementing HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or business field, experience in generalist HR position (7 years+), knowledge of Italian labor legislation and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems familiarity (HCM Oracle).
You will manage talent, recruiting and training, compensation & benefit, foster development, improve employee and labor relations. You will guarantee policy and procedure development and implementation,
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees,
- fostering a positive and productive work environment.
