About the Role
As an HR Specialist, reporting to the HRBP, you will play an important role in a high-competency environment and will be involved in a broad set of HR activities such as
- Training & Development: you will gather the training needs starting from the Line Managers' input and implement the training courses and development plans following the Group guidelines
- Onboarding: you will help the new joiners in their onboarding and induction phase
- Employee Life-Cycle: you will support the HR colleagues in managing the employee life cycle, from daytoday activities to specific phases including hiring, onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Welfare & Procedures: you will support the HR colleagues in advising and supporting employees about the company policies, procedures and benefits
- Time-Keeping & Payroll: you will support the HR colleagues in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information by using the internal ERP system. You will collaborate with the central CoE in checking the Payslips and managing the related activities within deadlines
- You will manage the temporary workforce in coordination with Temp. Agencies
- You will support the HR Dept. in the daytoday activity.
What You Need to Be Successful
- You have a Master's degree in Human/Social Sciences (Psychology, Law, Languages and Linguistics or similar)
- You have at least 13 years of experience in the HR Dept. of a matrix organization
- You are comfortable maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
- You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 Suite.
