Job Summary
In order to increase our supply chain capability, we are recruiting and training junior procurement officer. We propose a six months internship as training period to develop the requested skills.
In this position, you will learn about procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Learn Civitanavi Systems supply chain process;
  • Understand vendor management and vendor requirements;
  • Learn the use of internal tools for materials and orders management;
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options;
  • Learn to negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts;
  • Check and verify delivery times and quality level of suppliers;
  • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development;
  • Work in harmony with other members of the procurement team and related departments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required_
  • High school diploma or bachelor degree in management;
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Work passion, smart learning attitude and accuracy;
  • Attitude to relationship with other persons and teamwork;
  • Knowledge of English Language (written and spoken) at B2 level or greater;
