Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategies for our ruminant products, ensuring they meet the market needs and regulatory standards in Italy.
• Provide expert advice and support to our B2C clients, including veterinarians and farm consultants, helping them solve complex nutritional and healthrelated issues in ruminants.
• Lead B2C initiatives, including educational campaigns, product demonstrations, and technical support for end users to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to inform product development and promotional strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for both staff and clients to ensure a deep understanding of our product benefits and usage.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, enhancing our brand presence and establishing strong professional networks in the Italian market.

Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related field, with a strong emphasis on ruminant nutrition and health.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in the ruminant sector.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally.
