On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Rome:
TEAM MANAGER/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND /ROME

Responsibilities:

Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
Team Management (about 12/15 people Staff)
Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
Build a strong customer experience
Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
Produce reports and specific analysis
Fluent spoken English and Italian
At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
Business driven and detailed oriented
Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
Confident, enthusiastic and positive
Problem solving
