    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop software solutions to enhance diagnostic capabilities of products.
    • Collaborate with service engineers and technical support teams to understand their challenges and improve processes.
    • Analyse performance data in real-time using metrics-based approaches and implement system enhancements accordingly.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:



    • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

    • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Linux scripting languages

    • Familiarity with backend development, RESTful APIs, networking protocols (TCP/IP), event-based systems

    • Awareness of version control systems like Git

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines a plus
