Operations & Supply Chain Manager/Program Manager - settore aviazione
La figura seguirà le seguenti attività:
- Recepire gli ordini cliente immessi nel sistema e valutare la fattibilità nelle date di consegna richieste;
- Redigere i piani di fabbricazione con finestre trimestrali / mensili / settimanali;
- Redigere i Gannt di fabbricazione per prodotti critici;
- Pianificare gli acquisti di materiali e servizi per il rispetto dei tempi di fabbricazione e spedizione;
- Pianificare i centri di lavoro automatizzati (preferibilmente in ambiente meccanico);
- Predisporre la reportistica sulla puntualità' di consegna, sullo stato di avanzamento dei prodotti e sui gradi di saturazione delle linee produttive;
- Gestire il magazzino delle spedizioni.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria / Economia;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche di produzione in un ambiente fortemente guidato da logiche di Lean Manufacturing (conoscenze della VSM);
- Conoscenze di programmazione e pacchetti MRP per raggiungere obiettivi di OTD (puntualità di consegna) e di rispetto dei fatturati;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'utilizzo di Excel;
- Provenienza dal settore avionico / automotive / militare;
- Capacità di gestione dei conflitti e di mediazione attraverso un approccio assertivo;
- Completano il profilo la capacità di lavorare in team, la resistenza allo stress e spiccate doti di leadership.
