    Business Development & Sales Manager
    • C&I Solar (Italy)Leap29 are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to lead efforts in the Italian renewable energy market, specifically focusing on Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar projects.
    My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives.


    Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis:
    Evaluate opportunities and challenges in the Italian renewable energy market, with a focus on C&I solar projects

    Business Development:
    Identify and nurture new business prospects, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners

    Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for C&I solar projects

    Project Management:
    Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial and industrial solar projects, ensuring successful execution

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts for project delivery

    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degreein Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).Minimum 5 yearsof business development and sales experience in the C&I sector.

    In-depth knowledgeof the Italian renewable energy market and regulations.
    Strong networkand relationships with industry stakeholders.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Fluencyin English and Italian.
