    YOUR ROLE

    You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI systems including RAG-based architectures, chatbots, and NLP solutions, supporting innovation across digital channels.

    Responsibilities
    Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and services.
    Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
    Build and deploy conversational AI solutions, including chatbots.
    Develop NLP-based components for text understanding and generation.
    Work with AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker for model training, deployment, and orchestration.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
    Support testing, monitoring, and performance optimization of AI systems.
    Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.
    1–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
    Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services.

    Experience with:
    RAG architectures
    Chatbot development
    Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    Amazon Bedrock
    Amazon SageMaker

    Mandatory:
    good working knowledge of AWS Cloud
    Understanding of REST APIs and cloud-based application architectures.
    Good proficiency in Python and SQL.
    Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
    Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
    Professional fluent in English, native Italian speaker.

    Nice to Have
    Experience with IVR systems enhanced with AI.
    Familiarity with Amazon Chime SDK for voice-enabled AI applications.
    Knowledge of Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies.
    AWS Lambda
    Exposure to deploying AI solutions in production environments.
    Basic understanding of MLOps principles.

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our AI team.

    The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications, with a focus on cloud-based solutions using AWS services
