About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the process assigned (monitor invoicing, customer reconciliations, transitory accounts clearing, customer credit monitor)
Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances
Credit notes posting and customer data update on SAP, as per the policy
Payments and customer daily clearing
VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing depending on the specific case
Analyzing customer account statements and arrange refunds if necessary, in agreement with sales force
Possible involvment in projects related to customers and collection accounting in BU function

Who we are looking for:

Degree in Business Management (Master is a plus)
Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in highpressure environment;
Analytical mindset
12 years experience in Accounting is a plus
