We are looking for a
Strategy and Components Product Marketing to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Product Marketing.


You will have the responsibility to propose product positioning and value proposition for Lamborghini future product portfolio, taking into account market trends, customer study, product research, benchmark and competitive intelligence data.

You will be the representative of Product Marketing in Component Strategy Team in which you serve as "voice of the customer", suggest synergetic component strategies between products line, define concept proposals and assess development results from a market perspective, requiring modifications or additions to components requirements.

You will be involved in such activities as product and content strategy definition, target setting, perceived value analysis, market research and lifecycle strategy, integrating your sales knowledge from market observations into the development process.

- providing support to Product Marketing to define future products positioning and product portfolio evolution
- defining product mission and prepare marketing concept and marketing product briefing for new project initiatives
- collecting all the deliverables of commercial department for new projects in the pre
  • PEP phase
- preparing benchmark, product comparison and competitive intelligence analysis
- proposing synergic strategies between product lines
- defining the components strategy, concept and positioning, component requirements, target setting, price/volume figures, market research acting as Product Marketing interface in the Component Strategy Team
- defining component pricing and managing Optional and "Ad Personam" characteristics
- deriving content characteristics, price and volume measures in case of target deviation and eventually requesting modifications or additions to product content
- defining and managing commercial levers to support content strategy implementation within product range


About you

  • Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of automotive business and development process
  • Knowledge of marketing product / Benchmark
  • Knowledge of marketing and commercial processes
  • Fluent English, German will be considered as a plus
  • Teamwork
  • Good standing and presentation skills
