Position Summary

Plans, directs and monitors all the material planning, inventory control, cash flow management, information control for all valves under FCSE responsibility.

Ensures performance to the master materials planning to achieve division objectives for excellent customer experience. Manages material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet the customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- lead local planners team
- schedule movements of materials based on stock levels and Customer requests;
- monitoring the material storage
- replenishment of components needed for valves production;
- drive continuous improvement in materials management processes to optimize team efficiencies and engagement.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities in an industrial environment; university degree in business, engineering or supply chain management;
Advanced computer skills (JDE, MS Office)

Effective communicator at all levels in the organization

Effective problem solver capable of drawing on team resources in order to come forward with solutions

All round business skills, able to understand and drive performance across all the KPIs on the Win scorecard

Effective decision maker, logical approach

Fluent English written and spoken

Calm under pressure
