Your mission:


We are looking for an experienced and proactive Italian speaking Digital Sales Manager with the primary focus on Adriatic region and Italy.

One who is constantly looking for new ways of selling our product and communicates with potential clients, who will approach potential big clients and help us grow through collaboration with them.

Your home office will need to be based in Italy.


Your profile:

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential new clients for content and video direct campaigns as well as for programmatic video campaigns.
  • Acquisition of new online publishers, advertising customers and agencies.
  • Attend sales meetings and present our products and services to potential customers.
  • Design and implement special sales promotions and services for each product or service we offer. Demonstrate products and services to clients.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, partners and clients in the implementation of our business strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results and work on achieving the set sales goals.
  • Analyze trends, demographics, data, billing strategies, and other information to efficiently approach clients and improve our marketing and sales results.
  • Analyze competition and their sales and marketing strategies in order to follow the latest trends in the market.
  • Create weekly and monthly plans as well as regular reports, and present them to the management.
  • Attend sales fairs and organize meetings with existing and new clients.
You Have

  • 2+ years of of professional experience in sales/management of digital advertising campaigns in a digital marketing or in a media agency.
  • Experience with B2B and enterprise sales.
  • Knowledge of SaaS environment.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing data.
  • Written and verbal communication in English, including organization, planning, research and analysis.
  • Native or advanced level of Italian language.
  • Resourcefulness in problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
You Might Even Have

  • Experience with sales at the fairs and expos and direct sales at events.
  • Experience with B2C sales.
  • Experience using digital tools for client conversion, analytics and campaigns.
  • Experience in working with the media and knowledge of the functioning of the ad network.
