Project Planner to join its office in
Genova
within the MTI** Division.
Responsibilities:
This role involves the production of programme for projects including Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning activities from the coming into force of the project to completion; also reviewing the progress of programme on a regular cycle and management reporting as and when required.
Main duties:
- Development of project programme with the support of project manager, engineering, construction staff
- Coordination of input from all departments into the programme
- Progress of programme with project team, identification of areas of concern and introduction of mitigation measures
- Knowledge of Project Management basis and most common tools for project planning and other related activities (MS Project, SAP)
- Knowledge of financed project is appreciated
- Rational & systematic analysis of situation to enable decisions on various issues, questioning the evidence to evaluate issues
- Sees potential of new ideas and takes practical and proactive approach to change looking at impact it may have on the project
- Capacity to review actions taken to identify improvements in efficiency or achievements of goals, using a range of methods
- Ability to explain/present to colleagues; communicates positively with clarity
- Team working, developing interteam collaboration inside and outside the organization
- Assume responsibility, organizing and guiding where necessary
- Duly supports Project manager in presentation, with confidence and clarity, demonstrating soundly structured competences
