Job Description

• High-quality preparation of cakes, desserts and sweets in the in-house patisserie according to the specified recipesusing fresh products of the highest quality for thematch days in the Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena and Olympiapark and all other locations
• Presenting and arranging the dishes according to our customers' specifications
• Coordination of preparation work and shared responsibility for a smooth organization and workflow in the patisserie
• Compliance with delivery times, quality standards and hygiene guidelines
