CSM Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team at Creatives, a trusted Data Foundation empowering organizations with AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer success plans aligned with client business objectives and monitor health metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversight of renewals, minimization of churn, and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the account manager.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles within a SaaS or technology-driven company. A strong understanding of SaaS business models, analytical mindset, and proficiency in issue/project management software (e.g., Jira) are essential. Business English is required; additional languages are an asset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Flexible full-time position available: hybrid work arrangement includes 2 days remote work from home and 3 days on-site at our Verona office May require occasional travel for customer visits or company events.
