Buscamos un Senior Payroll Manager con experiencia en gestión y coordinación de equipos dedicados al payroll.La responsabilidad principal es gestionar y coordinar el equipo, ofrecer soluciones personalizadas a los clientes y mejorar la eficiencia del proceso pay-roll.
- Gestión de relaciones con los clientes.
- Fornecer apoyo legal relacionado con el proceso delivery del salario.
- Conseguir información fiscal previdencial relacionada con trabajadores sociales licenziamentos ammortizzatori sociali piani compensation & beneficio pensiones operaciones di fusione etcetera.
