    Senior SAP CX (Customer Experience)

    Germany Job Summary:

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end SAP Customer Experience solutions for our clients.

    As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in SAP CX modules to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement strategies, enabling clients to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

    Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyzing customer journeys, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful project delivery.


    Responsibilities:

    Solution Design:
    Lead the design and architecture of SAP CX solutions tailored to meet clients' customer experience objectives and requirements


    Implementation:
    Manage the implementation of SAP CX modules, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud


    Configuration:
    Configure SAP CX modules based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards


    Integration:

    Integrate SAP CX with other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM) and third-party systems (e.g., marketing automation platforms, e-commerce platforms) to enable seamless data flow and process automation.


    Customization:
    Customize SAP CX functionality through enhancements, extensions, and custom developments to address unique business needs and industry-specific requirements


    Testing:
    Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing activities to validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of SAP CX solutions


    Training and Support:
    Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective utilization of SAP CX systems and processes


    Documentation:
    Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, configuration guides, and user manuals


    Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, business users, project managers, and technical teams, to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction


    Continuous Improvement:
    Stay abreast of SAP CX updates, enhancements, and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in customer experience strategies


    Qualifications:
    Experience in SAP CX implementation and consulting, with a focus on customer engagement and experience management.

    Expertise in SAP CX modules, including SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Cloud.

    Proficiency in SAP CX configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalization, and omni-channel marketing strategies. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and CRM modules is desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and manage complex SAP CX projects from inception to completion. Must be based in Germany.
