For a global investment management firm, we are looking for an
Office Assistant to join
Milan office.


The resource will have the following Administrative and Facilities duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors;
  • First point of contact for staff for ad hoc questions and enquiries;
  • Managing the

Front Office:
filtering and distributing calls, mails and deliveries;

  • Taking care of the preparation of the rooms for meetings;
  • Ensuring food, drink and office supplies are stocked;
  • Coordinating with London PAs and Finance department for employee travels and expenses;
  • Management of ad hoc projects and errands as and when required;
  • Booking and overseeing of emergency/maintenance visits;
  • Completion of daily office checks for defective items and general office areas;
  • Overseeing service cleaning at office;
  • Overseeing of daytoday Health & Safety items.

It is required:


  • At least 2/3 years of experience in the role, possibly in international contexts;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Profiency with MS Office;
  • Teamworking skills;
  • Ability to solve problems and manage contingencies.
