For a global investment management firm, we are looking for anOffice Assistant to join
Milan office.
The resource will have the following Administrative and Facilities duties and responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors;
- First point of contact for staff for ad hoc questions and enquiries;
- Managing the
Front Office:
filtering and distributing calls, mails and deliveries;
- Taking care of the preparation of the rooms for meetings;
- Ensuring food, drink and office supplies are stocked;
- Coordinating with London PAs and Finance department for employee travels and expenses;
- Management of ad hoc projects and errands as and when required;
- Booking and overseeing of emergency/maintenance visits;
- Completion of daily office checks for defective items and general office areas;
- Overseeing service cleaning at office;
- Overseeing of daytoday Health & Safety items.
It is required:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in the role, possibly in international contexts;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Profiency with MS Office;
- Teamworking skills;
- Ability to solve problems and manage contingencies.
