    As an Industrial Test System Engineer you'll be responsible for ensuring the Testability of the Devices as required by the Test-Measurement-Configuration Requirements, Design and Deliver Industrial graded test solutions to ensure required test coverage, in compliance with global test strategy and workmanships standards.

    What you'll do

  • Manages programming, functional test and individualization process of products in NPI phase & during transfers.
  • Responsible for design and release of the product specific test and tooling during NPI phase and transfers.
  • Drives synergy in testing solutions ensuring new test standards together with installed test equipment base get maximum coverage at lowest test cost per product and minimum cycle time.
  • Participating in project meetings informing industrial test solution availability, activities/preparations/ risks on planning, to timely and efficiently release the industrial test solutions
  • Monitor & Support execution of Production Runs (ETO, ESR, IEMB, Pilot, first ramp up).
  • Collect & Prepare for delivery of documentation related to release after IEMB for PPAP ( Cp-CPK, GR&R, CTQ Compliance, Failure Pareto, FPY ) and a checklist report to the project team.
  • Follow up issues on performance and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Help on the analysis and troubleshooting of test processes/equipment and products.
  • Provide feedback to TPL, Development and Project team.
  • Acting as a help chain for testing problems after project / transfer finish (support, problem solving, maintain, change management) as well support other Test Engineers in other regions/sites when required
  • Effective cooperation with maintenance and production to minimalize productivity losses.
  • Prepare & execute trainings, maintain documentation & procedures/instructions for maintenance and production.
  • Contribute to the Global Test Community and documentation portal by good practices, lessons learned as well inform on the challenges to seek for support from the community

    • Your qualifications

  • Ideally a MCs or MEng Degree on Electronics, Mechatronics or Similar
  • Have 3+ years of proven experience in Test Engineering in the area of electronics manufacturing
  • Have demonstrated experience in Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Software/Script Development.
  • Have excellent English communication skills as well at shop floor as direction level
    •Independent, Self-Driven, Adaptive, Critical Thinking, Open to learn from others with an Industrial Mindset.
  • Pragmatic, motivated test project leader willing to travel globally for global project releases
  • Data Analytics & Statistical skills
  • Programming Skills in C#, LabVIew
  • Experience with Test Executive Systems and Scripting
