Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Bayer Spa, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support HR Operations - payroll area, in line with the specifications supplied by the Head of local HR Operations, contributing to a correct execution of staff-related pay-accounting processing, in compliance with all local administrative obligations and in line with Bayers global policies, by performing those activities required to ensure the regular fulfilment of statutory obligations and an up-to-date database for the activities of planning, control and reporting, with reference to the items of cost of work


In particular:

Processing of monthly remuneration:
to perform those activities required by the remuneration process to ensure the correct transfer to SAP of the Payroll, Separation, Funds and Compensation & Benefit process data that contribute to forming the taxable and net income for the monthly pay packet (e.g., Severance indemnity advance, bonuses, withholdings for salary-backed loan, etc.)

Payments:
to perform ordinary and ad hoc checks on periodical payment processes (e.g., salaries, pension contributions, taxes, salary-backed loans, payments to inter-professional funds, etc.)
in line with set deadlines and the current legislative provisions Annual processing:


to process the documents necessary to guarantee fulfilment of the obligations provided for in the legislation on subordinate employment (e.g., CU, 770, detaxation, etc.,) Updating of the data management system in relation tolegislative provisions (e.g., National Collective Employment Contract renewals, company agreements, changes in tax and contribution rates, ISTAT revaluations, etc.)


and corporate policies; to contribute to the implementation of any corrective actions to be taken Interfacing with other corporate departments:

to perform periodic and customised extrapolations of the data entered in the system to provide the other corporate departments with correct and constantly updated data on the current and past remuneration situation of the personnel and the related payroll cost according to the specific needs of the various units (accounting, balancing the accounts at year end, requests by associations or bodies, etc.)

Front Office:


interfacing with employee to guarantee constant support to resources for the resolution of issues of an administrative/accounting nature (e.g., Problems with the monthly pay packet, etc.), using direct (telephone) and indirect channels (processing tickets on the Front Office system).


WHO YOU ARE:
Degree in Business Administration, Economy or equivalent At least 2 years experience within the HR, mainly focused on Payroll and Time topics Ability to effectively perform administration activities through impacted processes and ability to work efficiently and effectively on multiple activities, processes, and deadlines Solid knowledge of necessary tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Excel) Precision and reliability Able to collaborate in a complex environment Detailed knowledge of local laws and regulations affecting Payroll, Time Management
