Internal:
COE Treasury, AFS and BPO, Commercial divisions, Key Account Managers, Customer Service, SAP support team, Legal; Marketing, QA, Regulatory,

External:
customers (public and private sector), International Department IBM BPO, distribution centers, logistic suppliers


Main responsabilities

  • Monitoring order entry, customer service and distribution kpi
  • Manage and monitor customer sales.
  • Support Business Development and NPI in collaboration with commercial business units
  • Support on internal processes improvement in collaboration with Global Process Team
  • Manage Demand and supply chain processes in collaboration with VLOG to optimize stock and replenishment.
  • Manage physical inventory: analysis, monitoring, physical count and financial controls in collaboration with COE distribution.
  • Ensure accurate sales and delivery data to TDF System according to AIFA requirements.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecast of no promoted products in collaboration with commercial directors for S&OP and update Demand Planning systems
  • Responsible for definition and implementation of Stock Management Program in collaboration with Commercial Division and Headquarter
  • Support the Guest division and interact with Commercial Director on daily basis.
  • Manage a large team

Requirements:


  • University degree in Economics or law.
  • People management experience (min. 4 years)
  • Organizational and relational skills, problem solving, customer orientation, flexibility and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge in English (written and spoken).
