    The Enterprise Architect, working inside the IT department, is responsible of leading the evolution of IT Architecture and coordinating all aspects of the enterprise architecture program, which includes:

  • Business architecture, which is focused on guiding people, process and organizational change.
  • Information architecture, which is focused on the consistent sharing of information across the enterprise.
  • Solutions architecture, which is focused on developing a direction for managing the portfolio of to-be solutions.
  • The Enterprise Architect represents the main technical focal point during the early stages of both evolutionary and transformation projects.

    The main activity consists in the design of IT Architecture and collaboration in the gathering and prioritization of business needs respect to IT applications portfolio evolution context.

    Main activities consist in continuous alignment with Group Enterprice Architecture team for the identification of standard global solutions

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business strategy and requirements.
  • Support research, choice and adoption of new innovative technologies enabling business & technical strategy.
  • Definition of architectural guideline for standardisation and reusability of technical solution.
  • Identification of process / solution lacks and proposal of enhancements and new technical solutions.
  • Leading and designing E2E solutions on relevant and complex project across IT ecosystem.
  • Functional & Technical / Skills:

  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management (waterfall, Agile, Other), IT services management, infrastructure and operations, EA and ITIL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven integration.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture modeling tool (es: UML) and Middleware application (es: Enterprise Service Bus, API, ETL).
  • Knowledge of major Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs) and their applicability in distributed application contexts
  • Knowledge of Access Management tool: IAM, SSO, SAML.
  • Knowledge of industry framework: TOGAF, eTOM.
  • It's considered a plus: certification in TOGAF, Agile or similar.
  • Behaviours & Competencies:

  • Practical in approach to decision making and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Comfortable, experienced and accomplished at working with business executives
  • Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies
  • Good knowledge of English languages, both spoken and written
  • 1-3 year experience in similar role.
