Responsibilities
- Coordinate order shipments and loading appointments with international clients, including load optimization, stock checks, and export documentation.
- Maintain daily contact with supply planners, customers, Area Managers, and transport partners.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver for logistics issues and a trusted partner for Area Sales Managers.
- Handle claims and returns , resolving load issues directly with transporters and forwarders .
