LOGISTIC COORDINATOR - BAT

Main Responsibilities:

Organization and efficiency of site operations
Monitoring and coordinating the progress of work within the established deadlines
Supervision of warehousing and storage conditions
Coordinating inbound and outbound activities in order to manage documentation related
Cooperating with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the processes and executed in an efficient way
Administrations related to indirect materials and equipment necessary for operations

- creating and managing ad-hoc administrative tasks and standard reports

Using of management systems for inventory control
Reporting and cooperating in the resolution of anomalies and critical issues in logistics processes.
Coordination of logistics personnel
Management and organization of the company archive.

Experience required:

- knowledge of logistics and warehouse flows

Knowledge of ERP logic (SAP knowledge welcome)
Computer skills (Word, Excel,Outlook)
Experience in working/negotiating with internal and external entities/customers. High level of interpersonal skills and flexibility.

It is a plus the knowledge of
_3PL factory logistics processes._
