JR Proposal Cost Manager

ResponsabilitàThe postholder will have the following responsibilities:
According to the internal Bid Process (Chorus) is responsible to the cost and price consolidation of the Bid in terms of:
Support to Bid team for Finalization of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure), Master schedule, Resource planning, Cost Estimate Pack and cash profile of the bid;
Ensure that cost estimates are effectively reviewed to ensure competitive and Importante Azienda pricing;
Preparation and finalization of the Price and Cash Sheet with cash flow analysis;

Preparation and finalization of the price sheet report for the customer;
Grant coherence among various elements (economic, financial and programmatic).

In support of the Bid Manager to:
Supportthe preparation ofinternal documentation for Gates approval;
Manage and planthe activities of
- the Bid team focused on the preparation/writingof the proposal and associated documentation;
Ensure the proposal schedule is respected;
Finalizes the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates decided by Senior Management respectively at Gate 1 and Gate 2;

Defines and formalizes in the offer/contract terms of all the necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan (deliverables, cash in/ out, partial payment terms).

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
Strong, organizational, managerial and team working skills;
An ability to successfully manage change;
High English writing level;
