You will join our Corporate Finance professionals in the
Infrastructure Team in
Rome and will contribute to first-class projects, developing unique skills.
Being an active member of four Corporate Finance Practices, you will be part of the Infrastructure Team, advisor both at a national and international level, you will be able to learn and grow thanks to inspiring and trusted leaders and you will build your career in one of the most exciting environments.
You will support Infrastructure Team in:
- financial modeling: building and analyzing cash flow models and running sensitivities
- terms sheet and finance documents review
- project finance transactions
- public private partnerships transactions
- M&A transactions
- developing economic pricing and regulatory frameworks
- marketing materials, credentials, pitches preparation
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Master of Science or Bac+5 in a related discipline, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering
- At least 3y experience in project finance, investment banking, infrastructure / private equity funds, large corporates or advisory / auditing firms
Language skills:
- Fluency in Italian and English written and spoken (most of the documentation is in English)
- Other languages, such as French/Spanish would be considered a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- MS Office knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory due to modelling activity
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is mandatory due to Client Presentation activity
- Experience in the infrastructure sector
- Ability to plan and schedule
