  • The

_HR Group Leader _will be responsible for executing the applicable HR processes in the assigned area under supervision of the Line Manager (HRD) and in strict coordination with Corporate HR.


ORGANIZATION & DEVELOPMENT:


  • Define and maintain local organizational documents (policies, processes, procedures, organizational announcements, newsletters, other DN Academy and portal contents, etc.), and news as required.

HR ADMINISTRATION, TIME AND ATTENDANCE, COST

  • Support as required the Chief HR Officer and Compensation Manager for the execution of global MBO and LTI (variable compensation) processes
  • Key user of SuccessFactors and Employee Central (HR SAP suite)
  • Manage the smart working process, from LM request to contract finalization
  • Manage all activities related to flexible benefits and interface with the relevant suppliers
  • Internal focal point for Mo.
Ma (mobility management) program and referent for the external mobility manager

  • Support the HRD and CHRO in managing expatriates and interface with the consultants
  • Referent for foreigner colleagues (Expats) working in Italy
  • Collect and analyze data and deliver headcounts and labor cost (actual) report
  • Focal point for legally protected categories, interfacing with external local authority and payroll provider for legal obligations
  • Interface with the company Medical Doctor, manage the medical checks / booking and referent for colleagues
  • Ensure maintenance of Personnel data filing in the "SuccessFactors
  • SAP" system and extraction of reports
  • Execute and supervise the time and attendance on the applicable tool (NetTime) for about 300 employees spread over multiple locations in Italy
  • Supervise, in collaboration with the external payroll provider, the elaboration the monthly pay slips, communicating the monthly changes and carrying out the final check of pay slips
  • Manage the administrative procedures by sending to the external payroll provider all information useful for the relevant communications to the Local Authorities (eg. hiring, termination, accident reports, severance pays, filling out ISTAT questionnaires, managing pension funds)
  • Check and upload salaries list of payment on the bank's website for authorization
  • Ensure management of union deductions, salarybacked loans / foreclosures and choice of destination for severance pay
  • Prepare and send periodical and on demand reports regarding costs, absenteeism to HRD, AFC and Line Managers
  • Ensure compliance of deadlines for fixed term contracts, trial period and Fasi Open quarterly payments
  • Front office and point of reference for all employees on payroll and attendance matters
  • Support the HRD by elaborating actual headcount and costs of labor SAP and SuccessFactors reports and relevant monthly template for HR Corp
  • Interface with external local authorities for specific activities

Education and professional experience

  • High Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
  • 710 years'sexperience in HR department, preferably in a multinational company.
