ATTIVITA'

Supportare la gestione operativa delle attività di customer management sui target individuati
Collaborare nell'ideazione ed implementazione delle promozioni dedicate a segmenti di clienti attraverso l'utilizzo degli strumenti e tool di CRM
Collaborare nell'implementazione delle comunicazioni multichannel di prodotto su base settimanale
Supportare nell'analisi delle campagne promozionali e partecipare alle conseguenti decisioni strategiche
Supportare la redazione delle presentazioni e comunicazioni interne
Collaborare nelle attività di monitoraggio del mercato di riferimento

CARATTERISTICHE

Laurea e/o titoli di studio in Economia/Marketing/Digital/Comunicazione
Buone capacità di scrittura e creazione testi
Ottime doti relazionali e organizzative, capacità di lavorare in team ed interfacciarsi con gli altri stakeholder
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
La conoscenza di strumenti di CRM e Campaign management (Optimove o Sales Force) costituirà titolo preferenziale
La passione per lo sport/gaming costituirà titolo preferenziale
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
