Responsibilities:


  • Internship essential functions:
  • Support Category Management daily activities and strategic projects
  • Gap analysis of kits range (benchmark versus competitors) and new product introduction process (subcontractors included)
  • Valve steam seals packing unit analysis and adjustment (catalog)
  • Actions to increase catalog data quality: Pictures, cross references with competitors (IAM
  • Independent Aftermarket and OE
  • Original Equipment)
  • Management of samples (from OE dealers and 3rd parties suppliers)

Specifically for OE samples:
- send request for quotations to OE dealers and create Purchasing orders
- organize the pickup, manage good entrance and invoice (complete flow)
- samples' overseas delivery to 3rd partied suppliers (pro-forma invoice, dual use and export certificate from DHL)

  • Archive of homologated samples
  • Management of intercompany orders to collect samples for components no more available from the Freudenberg's Lead Centers

Qualifications:


  • Required Specific Technical Skills & Knowledge:
  • University degree (technical or economy) or similar education
  • Proactive approach, problem solving, confidentiality and ability to work in team
  • Basic knowledge SAP and good knowledge MS Office
  • Good knowledge of English and another language is a preferred
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is preferred
  • Basic knowledge automotive technology (technical understanding)
  • Experiences in product development is preferred
