We are looking for a motivated person to join our Diabetes Sales Operations Team for an Internship to provide assistance to our patients and users of our technologies.

Since this is a people-focused job a good Patient Support Operator requires active listening, patience, solution oriented mind and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

He/She should also have the ability to manage data, reports and orders in order to provide to our patient the best solutions.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide and ensure a positive serviceto our patients
  • Manage critical situations/emergencies in order to guarantee the continuation of therapy
  • Collaborate with the colleagues to find out the best solutions

Must Haves

  • Italian native speaker, with basic English skills
  • Receptive Attitude
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
