WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer to join ourFreeda Platform Team.


Our graphic designer will work directly under the guidance of the Art Director and have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and youthful team that values technology and creativity.


As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital and print.


Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our brand and messaging.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop visually compelling designs, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including websites, social media, advertisements and other marketing collateral;
  • Conceptualize with the Art Director and create original design ideas that align with project requirements and brand identity;
  • Use industrystandard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce highquality designs;
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive, and effectively communicate the desired message;
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final assets;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design output;
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across various platforms and materials;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer for social media assets and other integrated communication materials;
  • Proficient in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums;
  • Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition;
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and clients;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment;
  • Knowledge of current trends & best practices on social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook);
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
