The Project

Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it.

In Italy we're the Software Development HQ, here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, from here anyone can buy, design and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom.

What you will do:

Contribute to the collection and definition of product goals
Contribute to the production of highquality deliverables
Generate design solutions, from the initial sketches to the final interactive prototype
Follow the complete lifecycle of a Design project: from drafting the initial proposal to follow the Development and Testing phases
Cooperate creatively and effectively with other team members

What we are looking for:

Must have:

A solid grasp of usercentered design (UCD)
Uptodate knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use LucidChart, Figma, Adobe CC;
Technical knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently;
Ability to express ideas through visual elements with balance and grace
Good level of spoken and written English

Nice to have:

Experience with 3D modeling software and/or Gaming Industry
You're fascinated by people and psychology
We value a Degree or certified courses in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar.

WE OFFER:
employment agreement and level commensurate with the matured experience, combined with an individual career plan.

SALARY RANGE:
depending on your skills and seniorship, from EUR 30k to 40k
