    Continuous Improvement Engineer

    Per un nostro Cliente, realtà leader nel settore della produzione di prodotti nutraceutici, cosmetici e medicali, siamo alla ricerca di un Continuous Improvement Engineer.

    La persona avrà un ruolo chiave nella mappatura, analisi e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi, lavorando a stretto contatto con Produzione, Engineering, Qualità e Supply Chain. Contribuirà ad aumentare performance, efficienza e standardizzazione, promuovendo la cultura del miglioramento continuo all'interno del plant.

    Principali responsabilità:

    • Identificare e implementare interventi di miglioramento su impianti, metodi e processi produttivi.
    • Supportare l'introduzione di nuove attrezzature, analizzando requisiti tecnici e integrazione nei flussi produttivi.
    • Gestire test, piloti e attività di validazione (Engineering Test, IQ/OQ/PQ), documentando risultati e raccomandazioni.
    • Pianificare e standardizzare nuove soluzioni operative, redigendo documentazione strutturata.
    • Monitorare KPI di processo e individuare inefficienze attraverso strumenti analitici e metodologie Lean/Six Sigma.
    • Favorire la diffusione della cultura del Continuous Improvement, coinvolgendo team cross-funzionali.

    Profilo ricercato:

    • Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Gestionale o dei Processi Industriali).
    • Esperienza 3–5 anni in ruoli analoghi in aziende di processo (farmaceutico, chimico, alimentare).
    • Conoscenza avanzata di ingegneria di processo, flussi produttivi e KPI.
    • Conoscenza intermedia delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
    • Conoscenze tecniche sugli equipment industriali (ambito CDMO).
    • Competenze di validazione di processo e redazione documentale tecnica.
    • Capacità analitiche avanzate e forte orientamento al problem solving.
    • Conoscenza delle normative HSE, qualità e procedure operative.
    • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
    • Utilizzo di software MES/SAP e Power BI/Power Apps (livello intermedio).
    • Inglese: livello B2 con capacità di lettura documentazione tecnica e redazione report.
