Vanguard Europe GmbH is a Durst Group company, the world's leading manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production technologies.

Vanguard Europe is located in the new 5.500 sqm Durst Kraftwerk, directly adjacent to the Durst Group headquarters.


As Sales Manager Vanguard Europe, you will be responsible for growing business, driving sales performance, recruiting new partners, and supporting existing partners in the assigned portfolio, ensuring superior execution of sales & service processes/activities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance by implementing sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Monitor dealers' performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver bestinclass customer service and compliance with credit policy.
  • Act as a professional advisor and assume a leadership role between Vanguard Europe and its business partners as well as customers to ensure that the company's corporate image is maintained and, in so doing, derive maximum value from existing business.
  • Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region.
  • Provide the company with marketing/sales intelligence related to its area of expertise and help the company's performance.
  • Being the key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking, and reporting, compiling relevant reports for management use

Profile:


  • Working experience in similar roles at the sales management level in the entry and midlevel market printing industry
  • Proven ability to close sales independently
  • Understanding and having the ability to explain competitive differentiators in the entry and midlevel graphics market
  • Experienced in working with dealers to ensure products are well represented, understood and at the forefront of the sales process.
  • Excellent multiple stakeholders & customer relationship management with the ability to establish good personal and professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence.
  • Highly analytical and problemsolving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Proactive, initiative and creative, and highly result oriented.
