    Scopo del Ruolo:

    Guidare il lancio e la crescita della piattaforma digitale, assicurando lo sviluppo iniziale della business unit marketplace e il successivo scale up operativo.

    Principali Responsabilità:

    Business Development:

    • Definire e implementare la strategia di crescita del marketplace con obiettivi di GMV definiti;
    • Identificare e valutare opportunità di partnership strategiche e nuovi mercati potenziali;
    • Sviluppare business case per nuove iniziative e presentarli al senior management;
    • Partecipare alla definizione del budget annuale e alla pianificazione strategica pluriennale;
    • Evolvere il business attraverso nuove collaborazioni, sviluppo nuove capability, estensione del marketplace a livello omnicanale.

    Gestione Seller e Performance:

    • Gestire l'acquisizione e l'onboarding dei partner commerciali, con target specifici di seller acquisition;
    • Definire e monitorare i KPI principali (GMV, take rate, seller retention, customer satisfaction);
    • Stabilire SLA con i seller e monitorarne il rispetto;
    • Garantire la qualità dell'offerta e dei contenuti sulla piattaforma;
    • Ottimizzare le performance del business unit attraverso analisi data-driven.

    Operations e Customer Experience:

    • Sviluppare e ottimizzare i processi operativi del marketplace;
    • Supervisionare il funnel del cliente dalla generazione della domanda alla conversione;
    • Implementare sistemi di quality assurance e gestione del rischio;
    • Definire e implementare strategie per migliorare il Net Promoter Score (NPS).

    Marketing e Comunicazione:

    • Implementare una strategia promozionale e di comunicazione sull'e-commerce coerente con il business;
    • Garantire la giusta allocazione dei budget media nei differenti canali di acquisizione;
    • Analizzare il traffico del sito web e i dati di vendita per identificare opportunità di crescita;
    • Preparare report periodici per il senior management;
    • Gestire la comunicazione interna ed esterna relativa alle performance del marketplace.

    Leadership e Gestione del Team:

    • Costituire, motivare e sviluppare un team ad alte prestazioni;
    • Promuovere una cultura orientata ai risultati e all'innovazione;
    • Implementare sistemi di performance management e feedback continuo.

    Innovazione e Tecnologia:

    • Collaborare con il team IT per l'implementazione di nuove funzionalità;
    • Guidare l'adozione di tecnologie innovative (AI, ML, automation);
    • Supervisionare l'integrazione di nuovi strumenti e sistemi;
    • Rimanere aggiornato con le tendenze e le best practice del settore.

    Compliance e Risk Management:

    • Aassicurare la conformità alle normative vigenti (privacy, e-commerce, etc.);
    • Gestire i rischi operativi e reputazionali;
    • Sviluppare e implementare policy e procedure.

    Collaborazione:

    • Coordinare attività con altri dipartimenti (Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal);
    • Facilitare la comunicazione tra diverse unità di business;
    • Promuovere sinergie tra canali online e offline.
