Key responsibilities would include
- day-to-day support of client projects by drafting materials (i.e. press releases, fact sheets, and opinion pieces), monitoring issues or media, and by conducting and analyzing research on a variety of client related issues or on business development efforts
- coordinating client meetings and events, delegating tasks to junior team members, working on client deliverables under the supervision of a more senior team member
- preparing customized credential packages for prospective clients, highlighting APCO capabilities, relevant case studies, and high-level industry notes and observations (requiring revisions by managers)
- participating actively in internal and client meetings, offering knowledgeable observations and suggestions, maintaining self-awareness and professionalism to ensure contributions are appropriate, actively participating in brain storming sessions
- maintaining reliable contacts with clients in providing services without requiring a supervisor to intervene
- reviewing the work of junior colleagues to ensure the highest work quality
- proactively identifying external meetings and trainings to attend to build sector knowledge and contacts
- degree and/or post-graduate degree in any field related to the role
- proficiency in English
- ideally, between 3-6 years' experience in consultancy, in-house, or within trade associations
- experience in executing multichannel corporate, reputation and pr campaigns with a generalist approach and on a variety of markets (food, tech, retail, etc.). An additional experience in healthcare would be a plus
- ability to establish and maintain a strong network
- good team player with strong interpersonal skills, proactive "can-do" attitude;
- excellent communication and writing skills
