HYDROGEN DEPARTMENT - OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Environmental Services
All'interno della Direzione Idrogeno ricerchiamo una figura che supporti il Responsabile Technical Services nel presidio delle tematiche operative e di manutenzione afferenti ai progetti idrogeno in realizzazione (mobilità ed industriali) per i quali occorre una gestione delle tematiche di supervisione della produzione, manutenzione e rapporto con i partner di progetto (operatori logistici, retisti, industriali) nella risoluzione di eventuali problemi operativi agli impianti.
La risorsa dovrà in particolare supportare il Responsabile Technical Services e/o gestire in autonomia le seguenti attività:
• Creazione di un presidio tecnico operativo che supporti il progetto dalle ultime fasi di costruzione fino alla messa in marcia dei vari sistemi e alle fasi di performance test se previste in diretto coordinamento con la Divisione Ingegneria che si occuperà della realizzazione del progetto (in formula EPCM, supervisione EPC, shopping around etc)
• Gestione del day-to-day operation e supervisione delle operazioni straordinarie necessarie, invio dei team operativi in sito per risoluzioni di problemi, gestione degli interventi on-call con i fornitori etc.
• Creazione di report di produzione semi-automatizzati o automatizzati via SCADA per la contabilizzazione dell'idrogeno prodotto in ogni impianto (giornalieri, settimanali, mensili e annuali), con particolare focus al numero di rifornimenti giornalieri per le stazioni di rifornimento e creazione, gestione e archiviazione dei rapporti di ispezione/troubleshooting e creazione di un sistema di asset management system per alert su manutenzioni periodiche, miglioramento degli impianti e/o infrastrutture
• Collaborazione con il team Tecnico, di Business Development e di back-office per l'esecuzione di una gestione del business efficiente e partecipazione alle sessioni di review volte al miglioramento continuo identificando trends, monitorando i KPIs, intercettando opportunità di business grazie ai rapporti con le controparti, tracciando le lesson learnt in modo da creare nuove procedure operative e gestionali volte al miglioramento dell'operatività nella gestione degli asset/rapporti con i partner e fornitori
• Supporto alla creazione di un team di assistenza cliente 24/24 esternalizzato e/o con risorse interne condivise con team operativo EDISON NEXT, analisi delle esigenze di attrezzature e magazzino per parti di ricambio essenziali a garantire la continuità di business, gestione della logistica e allocazione delle risorse nei piani di budget per l'acquisto e il rimpiazzo delle parti di ricambio
• Coordinamento dei contributi e della partecipazione di Edison/EDISON NEXT a gruppi di lavoro di carattere tecnico, nazionali ed internazionali, di interesse del Gruppo in materia di idrogeno, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte
Profilo ideale
• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica/Energetica/Meccanica
• Esperienza tecnica operativa consolidata presso azienda costruttrice di elettrolizzatori o EPC contractor, ditta di manutenzione di impianti generazioni gas tecnici
• Costituisce un plus avere esperienza nella gestione operativa di impianti per la produzione/distribuzione di idrogeno
• Ottima comunicazione scritta e parlata in inglese (il francese è un plus)
• Capacità interpersonali e comunicative
• Forte attitudine al lavoro in team in contesti inter-funzionali
