Receives and answers all incoming telephone calls, directing them to appropriate extensions.

Greets visitors, job applicants, vendors and salespeople, and determines and calls appropriate person regarding the visit.
Issues office passes for visitors, keeps record of visitors.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
Higher Secondary Education preferred and one year administrative support or clerical experience.
