will Research and
Implement Programs and Applications
to**:

  • Deliver an empowered and performing Tribe, in line with our Mindset
  • Deliver Product Development framework to protect and reward our Shareholders (Employee Ownership/ESG/B-Corp)
  • Deliver Product Engineering Services (Engineering Research; DFX (Testing, Manufacturing and Compliance) Simulation; Design, Test and Sustaining Engineering; Product Delivery Management; Resource and Cost Management) to empower Brands and Shared Services
  • Deliver digital insights through Analytical and Productivity Tools
  • Deliver SLA's, Policies, Guidelines and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


  • Servant Leadership experience, in line with our Purpose and Values
  • 5year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multicultural and matrix organization
  • 5year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus
