To define and design core ITIL processes To manage the end to end process design changes:

requirements, solution engineering to implementation, testing To manage the stakeholders to achieve an agreeed solution To lead the implementation and testing of the solution in the ITSM toolset.

To manage the stakeholders and represent the process to all external groups To ensure correct implementation of processes in toolsets.

Collaborate closely with development and operational support teams To own the asset management process To monitor and evaluate the process performance, and to own the decision relevant to the processes.

To execute and manage the process on a daily basis, as applicable:

demand management To plan the expansion and rolloutof the asset management process across the organization and the different asset classes To continually improve the processes To provide guidance to process managers and process controllers To report process performance and results, including identification and management of CSF, as well as associated reporting to peers and executives To resolve and handle escalation of cross-functional issues To participate in and lead projects with an impact on ITSM, as required We Elevate Your Best Self Further qualifications may include:
University degree in business, computer engineering or equivalent ITIL certification:
Expert / Managing Professional Solid Experience in Service Management in IT infrastructure area Deep Knowledge in Project Management in IT infrastructure area At Least 2 years of experience as Project and operational experience with ServiceNow Experienced in the design and / or operation of:
incident management, demand management Knowledge in process design, requirements engineering, IT operations and software development T alent for collaboration in a dynamic and international environment with a wide range of individuals Analytical, independent and committed mindset, ready to continually learn and improve Strong leadership and management skills Able to find innovative ways to resolve problems Fluency in English We Elevate You Benefit from our services as a multi-award-winning TOP employer:
