- Enhancing website design and content, boosting traffic, and improving user experience
- Overseeing SEO tactics to enhance organic search rankings
- Coordinating with the marketing team to showcase ongoing promotions and campaigns on the website
- Expanding and enhancing the company's online presence through social media, email, web advertising (Google Ads), and other digital channels
- Monitoring and analyzing KPI trends related to website conversions and lead generation
- Devising engaging social media strategies and content to elevate the company's presence
- Creating and distributing content on diverse platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Assessing and enhancing social media performance to increase engagement, generate leads, and suggest strategies for improvement
- Educating new and current staff on social media best practices and encouraging its utilization within the organization
- Degree/Diploma or certification in Web, Social Media, or Digital Design
- 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- An outcomes-focused, analytical, and strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, and proficiency in campaign analysis
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Availability to work in US/Canada time zones to support global teams efficiently
