HR and Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Recruitment Advisor to join our team at select-human. As an essential member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• C Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring timelines and tracking deadlines
• Aid in performance management processes as well as additional HR-related tasks requiring administrative support with specific responsibilities evolving based on organizational needs

This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely from home while maintaining a flexible schedule. The position comes with annual performance-based bonuses, paid during a three-month probation period. Payments will be made directly into your local bank account.
