    What you'll do:
    You will join the International Business Unit, in particular the International Transition and Operations Team, reporting to the International Head of Transition and Operations;You will have the opportunity to:Engage in the governance of the operations' processes (customer care, logistics and warehousing, field maintenance) for Sisal's International subsidiaries;Be involved in projects aimed at continuously improving and evolving Sisal's International subsidiaries operations processes, stimulating cross fertilization among countries and sharing of best practices;According to your learning path, you could be involved in projects aimed at launching new international subsidiaries, including the Transition process from Incumbent Operators

    Who you are:
    You have 1-2 years of experience in structured contexts, such as management consulting firms;You have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration;You are proficient in English;You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);You are flexible, proactive, organised, lateral-thinker;You have an attitude to manage complex projects, interacting with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders

    Preferably, you also have:
    Good knowledge of French Language;Previous experience in the Customer Care processes;Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies;Data analysis skills.

    Location:
    Italy, Milan.
    You will be based in Sisal HQ (Milan, Italy) in a hybrid work (2-3 days per week remotely).
    You will be travelling abroad in Sisal subsidiaries, on average on a monthly basis.
