Descrizione delle attività:

Verificare lo stato del treno all'arrivo in deposito. Individuare guasti e malfunzionamenti. Effettuare interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva. Garantire la disponibilità e l'affidabilità della flotta, nel rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità necessari.


Responsabilità:


  • Garantire il corretto funzionamento degli apparati del treno.
  • Rispettare la data di consegna dell'ordine.
  • Utilizzare strumenti certificati ed adeguati per ciascun intervento.
  • Aggiornare il database che raccoglie informazioni sui guasti più rilevanti.
  • Informare quotidianamente la squadra sullo stato delle attività.
  • Rispettare le procedure e la normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e di sicurezza ferroviaria.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo del servizio offerto al cliente e dell'esperienza di viaggio.

Requisiti:

Diploma di maturità (obbligatorio), preferibilmente Perito Tecnico (Meccanico, Informatico, Elettronico)

Esperienza in attività di manutenzione, preferibilmente maturata nel settore ferroviario.

Possesso di certificazioni ANSF - Angenzia Nazionale Sicurezza Ferroviaria - per operare sugli organi di sicurezza del treno (preferibile)


Purpose of the Job:


To verify train on its arrival to the depot, to close all opened orders and assure the respect of the availability and reliability of the fleet.


Measurement:

Reliability, availability and punctuality (Other KPI's relevant to contract)

  • KPI on fleet health e.g. Service Order Closeout (real time)
  • Customer feedback (eg. Customer annual survey)

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to stateofart and best practice.
  • Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools
  • Populate relevant failure data base (Railsys System)
  • Guarantee information flow within the trouble shooting team
  • Contribute to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience
  • Respect EHS rules and any work related processes
