    Obiettivo del Ruolo

    Il Controller ha il compito di garantire l'accuratezza dei dati finanziari e operativi dell'azienda, con un focus specifico su fatturazione, budget, marginalità e livelli di servizio.

    Responsabilità Principali

    Monitoraggio della Fatturazione

    Verifica giornaliera dello stato della fatturazione e identificazione di ritardi o anomalie. Coordinamento con l'amministrazione per garantire la regolarità della fatturazione mensile. Segnalazione tempestiva di ritardi o perdite di produzione e proposta di azioni correttive.

    Controllo del Budget

    Validazione dei valori di budget per l'anno in corso e per gli anni successivi. Confronto tra budget preventivo e consuntivo per individuare scostamenti. Supporto alla direzione nell'allocazione delle risorse finanziarie.

    Monitoraggio della Marginalità

    Controllo periodico dei costi diretti e indiretti di ogni commessa. Analisi della marginalità effettiva rispetto agli obiettivi aziendali. Segnalazione immediata di riduzioni di marginalità e proposta di interventi correttivi.

    Verifica dei Livelli di Servizio ai Clienti

    Controllo della conformità tra servizi erogati e contratti. Interfaccia con le funzioni operative per garantire l'allineamento ai parametri contrattuali. Identificazione e segnalazione di eventuali deviazioni dai livelli di servizio concordati.

    Requisiti

    Formazione

    Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.

    Esperienza

    Almeno X anni in controllo di gestione o ruoli affini.

    Competenze Tecniche

    Analisi finanziaria e controllo di gestione. Utilizzo di ERP aziendali e strumenti di reportistica (Alyante di Team System, CRM by Team system, Excel avanzato). Conoscenza dei processi di fatturazione e gestione dei costi.

    Soft Skills

    Capacità analitica e attenzione ai dettagli. Precisione nel rispetto delle scadenze. Comunicazione efficace con i vari dipartimenti.
