We at LAN IT 24 are Currently Looking for IT engineers Onsite for the Location in Italy.


Start:

  • ASAP
Tasks

  • Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
  • Customer complaint Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
  • Customer fault SLA improvement
  • Onsite Installations/Demonstrations of equipment/instruments and executing testing jobs at project sites.
  • Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
  • Troubleshooting of equipment/instruments.

Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of networking protocols.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Basic network Knowledge
  • Should have good computer skills and the internet for extracting relevant information.
